    We began by building a complete OKR playbook suiting our organization, enabling teams to align around OKRs. When it was time to roll out OKRs to everyone in the company, we invested in to best of the OKR tools, with best of the OKR coaches. However, post implementing OKRs, though our performances improved, they were no where close to accomplishments of similar OKR practicing organizations (this reflection lead to OKR Capability Maturity Index). Post experiencing The Brew’s tool, we realized the transformational nature of OKR – when we could objectively gauge different elements it measures, v/s. our company performance v/s. elemental maturity of each element.

    Huge Realization: Being OKR ready & being OKR champion are 2 different things, and there is a whole lot of journey between them that needs to be traversed.
